In 2024, founder Cali Zumdahl reached a pivotal turning point after a prolonged period of intense stress and anxiety while in survival mode. That season of burnout led to significant health challenges and new diagnoses, including ADHD, POTS and stage 3 cervical disc disease. This all sparked a powerful realization that people-pleasing, hustle culture and alcohol were no longer aligned with the life she wanted to live. Inner love, rest, max hydration and self-care became her non-negotiables.
